We may suspend Services where there is a security risk, non-payment, legal issue, suspected abuse, or a material breach of the agreement.

9.3. Termination by Ingeri Tech Ltd

Ingeri Tech Ltd may terminate the relationship if the user repeatedly breaches these Terms, fails to cooperate, or engages in conduct that jeopardizes service delivery or legal compliance.

10. Data Ownership and Confidentiality

11. Limitation of Liability
